Mini Ritual Guide – For the Spiritual Mum

To Begin:

Find a quiet space. Breathe deeply. Allow yourself to arrive fully in the moment.

Step 1 – Set Your Intention:

Hold a Palo Santo stick in your hand. Close your eyes and speak (or think) an intention.

"I release what no longer serves me. I invite peace, clarity, and love."

Step 2 – Light & Cleanse:

Light the tip of the Palo Santo until it catches flame. Let it burn for 30 seconds, then gently blow it out.

Let the smoke drift around your body, your space, or objects you wish to cleanse. Move slowly, with purpose.

Step 3 – Rest & Reflect:

Place the stick in your ceramic dish. Sit quietly, breathe deeply, and reflect on your intention.

Let the calm settle around you.
